United Airlines, Official Airline Discount information for Play LA Hockey Tournament.

A 5% discount off any published airfare for travel beginning August 19, 2003 and concluding by Sept. 10, 2003. There is also a 10% discount for unrestricted, full fares tickets in any class of service with a Seven Day advance purchase. If you purchase an airfare at least 30 days in advance of your departure travel date, an additional 5% discount will apply. The discount is good for travel between August 19, 2003 and Sept 10, 2003 to both Los Angeles (LAX) and Burbank Airports (BUR). Each United Mileage Plus member will receive full credit for all miles flown with this discount. The phone # that must be called to book a discounted flight is 800-521-4041 seven days a week, 8AM to 10PM Eastern Time. Mention the LA Blades Ice Hockey Club, and give them the booking Code ID # which is 515BF, to book the discounted reservation. Travel can be booked by the passenger on the phone and by travel agents. Purchase by phone, at airport or ticket counter. It is good for only United flights, Shuttle and United Express in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. Not good on Code Share flights.
